1. Service

WriteWiser provides tools to rewrite text using your custom rules via our Website and Chrome Extension.

2. Accounts

Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for abuse or violations.

3. Plans & Usage

• Free plan: limited daily rewrites.
• Paid plans: extended limits and features.
• We may throttle or suspend access for abuse or automated scraping.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you input and outputs you generate. You grant us a temporary license solely to process your text. We do not store your text content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use WriteWiser for illegal, harmful, or infringing activities, including spam, harassment, or copyright violations.

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are handled by third-party processors (Paddle, Stripe, or Gumroad). Refunds are available within 14 days for first-time purchases upon request via support@writewiser.ai.

7. Disclaimer

WriteWiser is provided “as is” without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service anytime. We may terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence or, if not applicable, by the laws of the European Union.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted here with an updated effective date.
